About The Position

This role involves delivering compassionate, direct patient care under expert guidance, ensuring every individual feels supported and safe throughout their recovery. The intern will monitor and interpret vital signs and patient behaviors to provide the clinical team with real-time insights for proactive treatment. They will document patient progress with precision, creating a clear and accurate record for care transitions. The intern will collaborate with preceptors to shape and refine individualized care plans, ensuring the clinical approach evolves with the patient's needs. Additionally, they will facilitate a seamless patient experience by coordinating safe transport and maintaining a healing environment that promotes dignity and comfort.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
High school diploma/GED required.
Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer required.
