About The Position

This role involves delivering compassionate direct patient care under nursing supervision, ensuring all treatments and daily activities align with top-tier safety, quality, and organizational standards. You will assess and monitor patient health journeys by tracking vital signs and observing subtle changes in status, ensuring the care team is fully informed and ready to respond. You will collaborate on personalized care plans with your preceptor by reporting critical test results and clinical observations, directly influencing positive patient outcomes. Additionally, you will document clinical observations accurately to maintain seamless communication across the healthcare team and guarantee the highest quality of continuous care. You will also facilitate smooth patient transitions and a welcoming environment by assisting with safe transport to diagnostic services and preparing care spaces.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
High school diploma/GED required.
Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer required.
