Moraine Park Technical College is seeking a full-time Nursing Faculty member based at the Beaver Dam campus to provide clinical instruction at healthcare sites throughout the MPTC district. This position is responsible for the multiple modality delivery of instruction and facilitation of student learning and providing ongoing development of curriculum, assessment, and learning strategies to meet college academic and workforce needs. In addition, this position will provide regular student support and contact, or refer to the appropriate department, to meet the learner’s classroom and career goals. The successful candidate will have a master’s degree in Nursing, or must expect to graduate from a Master’s Degree in Nursing program within one year and two years (4,000 hours) of paid work experience related to the program(s) being taught, including one year (2,000 hours) of related paid work experience that has been acquired within the past five years. In lieu of this one year of recent experience, two years of post-secondary teaching experience in the appropriate occupational field within the past five years may be considered. (Two years of post-secondary teaching experience means eight semesters of part-time teaching or four semesters of full-time teaching at an accredited institution.) We will accept applications until the position is filled; however, applicants who apply by May 13, 2026 will be considered in our first review of applicants. This position is currently funded through June 2028 by the Forward Careers Next grant. Continued funding beyond that date may be provided by the College, depending on student enrollment levels. Join us at Moraine Park Technical College, where we strive to make a positive difference in the lives of our students!
