About The Position
Cenla Area Agency on Aging is seeking a Nursing Home Ombudsman for a 9-parish area. The position is based in Alexandria and is responsible for advocating on behalf of nursing home residents. Duties include visiting with residents, negotiation, problem resolution, and training. Applicant must possess reliable transportation. Certification and extensive travel required. Certification training and travel reimbursement provided.
