The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) provides leadership and operational oversight for Hollenbeck Palms’ 59-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The Administrator is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and effective facility operations. This position directs interdisciplinary leadership teams and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations governing skilled nursing facilities, including the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Title 22, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The LNHA promotes a resident-centered care environment while maintaining operational efficiency and financial sustainability.
