This position provides oversight of both our Nursing Home (West Wind Village) and Assisted Living (Skyview), located in Morris, MN. In this role, you will lead and mentor staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care across both settings. Requirements

  • Current Nursing Home Administrator license in Minnesota (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
  • Experience managing budgets and financial performance
  • Compassion and respect for elderly individuals and those in need of care
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, residents, and families

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to all staff across both campuses
  • Oversee operations for West Wind Village (Nursing Home) and Skyview (Assisted Living)
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional resident care
  • Oversee staff management and regulatory compliance
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
