About The Position

Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) Sandy Health & Rehab - Sandy, UT Cascades Healthcare is seeking a full-time Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team with clarity, accountability, and a strong people-first approach. If you're an experienced administrator who knows how to grow census, build referral relationships, and create a culture where staff perform at a high level-we'd like to connect. What Makes You a Strong Fit: Proven success growing census and strengthening community reputation Strong marketing instincts and referral relationship development Leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability Current Texas NFA license in good standing What You'll Do: Oversee daily operations while keeping the facility aligned with long-term goals Build a culture where employees want to work and residents receive consistent, high-quality care Lead clinical, department, and support teams to ensure strong communication and execution Manage staffing: hiring, coaching, performance management, and difficult decisions when needed Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Partner with clinical leadership to ensure care plans are followed and outcomes are achieved Support ongoing training focused on safety, compliance, and performance Develop and manage a sustainable operating budget Serve as the face of the facility with residents, families, referral sources, and the community What We Offer:

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of successful SNF Administrator experience
  • Strong attention to detail and financial management capability
  • Active Texas NFA/NHA license in good standing
  • Bachelor's degree (Healthcare Administration or Business preferred)
  • A genuine, people-first leadership approach
