Requirements

  • Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing (Nebraska)
  • Bachelor's degree required ( Healthcare Administration preferred )
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • High attention to detail and regulatory awareness
  • A leadership style rooted in respect, accountability, and communication
  • A genuine commitment to both residents and team members

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of SNF leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations of the facility while advancing long-term goals
  • Build a workplace where employees feel supported and residents feel at home
  • Align clinical, administrative, and support teams for seamless collaboration
  • Recruit, develop, and manage staff across all departments
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Partner with clinical leaders to support individualized resident care plans
  • Oversee safety programs and regulatory readiness
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting and cost controls
  • Serve as a key liaison with families, staff, and the governing board
