About The Position

Lincoln Tech's Allentown campus is seeking nurses as Full Time instructors in our Practical Nursing program. No teaching experience required. Lincoln Tech has successfully transitioned nurses into effective educators.

Requirements

• BSN or MSN
• An active RN license in Pennsylvania
• 3+ years of recent clinical experience
• A passion for teaching
• Proficient with technology

Nice To Haves

• Teaching experience-a plus

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and effectively deliver nursing curriculum in the classroom and/or clinical sites
• Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at nursing clinical sites
• Teach nursing techniques and provide sufficient practice to students to develop skill proficiency
• Evaluate learning outcomes of students and maintain accurate student records
• Prepare students for an exciting career in nursing!
