About The Position

The Nursing Coordinator is responsible for delivering coordinated nursing care for patients or assigned patient groups in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process. This role includes supervising and directing the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff while collaborating with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current nursing license and relevant professional certifications.
• Previous experience in a nursing role, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated nursing care for patients based on established standards of care.
