About The Position
Assists the Nursing Unit Director in the overall management of the clinical and administrative activities of N5S and T3 Medical Surgical Units to ensure patients the provision of quality care.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing - OR - Non-Nursing Bachelor's degree with an MSN - OR - Doctoral degree in Nursing
- Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
- Minimum of 3 years of acute care experience
- BLS Certification
- PA Registered Nurse License
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- General Clerical Skills
- Microsoft Office Applications
Nice To Haves
- Leadership experience preferred
- Certification in area of specialty or management as soon as eligible
