Iowa State University is seeking a collaborative and highly organized Nursing Clinical Coordinator to lead the planning, coordination, and evaluation of clinical learning experiences for Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) students. Serving as the primary liaison between the nursing program and healthcare partners, this position ensures high-quality clinical experiences that support student success while meeting accreditation standards, state board regulations, and clinical agency requirements. Working closely with faculty, students, healthcare organizations, and university partners, the coordinator also contributes to accreditation efforts, program planning, quality improvement initiatives, and professional service that advance the College's mission. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of nursing education at Iowa State University. As the university launches its new Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) programs, you'll play a key role in building the clinical partnerships and experiences that will support student success from the ground up.
