MDT Institute is expanding its healthcare education programs and preparing to launch Nursing programs in Georgia. To support program approval and development, we are seeking an experienced Nursing Clinical Affiliation Specialist to secure clinical training partnerships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care centers, behavioral health providers, and maternal-child health sites across the Atlanta metropolitan area. This role is focused on establishing clinical affiliation agreements and letters of intent required for nursing program approval. The ideal candidate understands the clinical placement process for nursing education programs and already has relationships within the local healthcare community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in nursing education administration, hospital education departments, or clinical placement coordination who enjoys building partnerships that expand educational opportunities. The Nursing Clinical Affiliation Specialist will serve as MDT’s primary representative responsible for identifying, developing, and securing clinical training partnerships. The position focuses specifically on obtaining letters of intent and executed clinical affiliation agreements required for the development of nursing programs. The coordinator will conduct outreach to healthcare organizations, build relationships with clinical leadership, coordinate feasibility surveys, and assist with executing formal affiliation contracts that meet regulatory and accreditation requirements.
