Nursing Attendant – Float Pool - Full Time Night - NYP Queens At NewYork-Presbyterian, certified nurse’s aides thrive at the bedside as invaluable care providers. Provide compassionate patient focused care and perform select duties under the supervision of a registered nurse. Improve the patient experience and maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment. Ensure the delivery of meals and safe transport. Measure, monitor and record temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures. Ensure the delivery of meals and safe transport. Requirements

Previous Nurse’s aide experience or equivalent in a hospital setting; or certification from an approved accredited Nurse Aid training program, or currently enrolled in a BSN program for nursing at the junior year level or had completed at least one clinical practicum
BLS from AHA
HS Diploma/GED
Must be able to complete mandatory 2-week orientation Monday - Friday from 8AM - 4PM upon hire.
