About The Position
Functions as a member of the healthcare team to assist the professional nurse in meeting the goal of individualized patient care by performing designated patient care and clerical functions in a timely efficient manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must successfully complete nurse's aide training program.
- Certified nurse aide certification through the Kentucky Board of Nursing required.
- BLS required.
- AVADE workplace violence prevention training (Level 2) required after hire, not to exceed three months, and maintain annually.
