About The Position
Functions as a member of the health care team to assist the professional nurse in meeting the goal of individualized patient care by performing designated patient care and clerical functions in a timely/efficient manner.
Requirements
- Must successfully complete Nurse's Aide training program.
- Certified Nurse Aide certification through the Kentucky Board of Nursing required.
- BLS required.
- Avade workplace violence prevention training (Level II) required after hire or transfer, not to exceed 3 months, and maintained annually.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
