About The Position
Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Tech to join their team at Gateway Rehab in Florence, KY. This is a full-time position with a $3,500 bonus opportunity and new pay rates for 2026. Gateway Rehab is a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital providing services to individuals recovering from disabilities. The hospital offers a fast-paced, friendly work environment where staff can get to know patients and their families.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment required.
- BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required within six months of date of hire.

Responsibilities
- Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming, and providing a clean, healthy and safe environment.
- Utilizes basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake skills.
- Recognizes emergency situations and responds.
