The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the patient during the scheduled work period. The NA provides patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This role offers flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time opportunities, plus a sign-on bonus for full-time roles. Working in the Float Pool allows you to gain experience across multiple units, build strong adaptability and confidence, work with diverse teams and patients, develop well-rounded clinical skills, and stay engaged with variety.
