Nursing Assistant Oncology Full Time Dayshift
About The Position
Seeking Nursing Assistant! Baptist Health Floyd, Oncology Unit Full-Time (36 Hours Weekly), Days (7am-7pm) Benefit Eligible. We are seeking a Nursing Assistant who under general supervision and according to established procedures functions as an on-shift team member under the direction of the nurse by providing delegated aspects of patient care and routine non-patient care unit maintenance tasks. The Oncology Unit, also known as 2A, is a 10-bed unit that provides care to Chemotherapy/Cancer Support/Hospice/Telemetry/Post-Op patients. Nurses have the opportunity to build their skill set in a med/surg atmosphere while also developing specialty skills related to chemotherapy and oncology care.
Requirements
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required
- High school diploma/equivalent or CNA preferred, not required.
