About The Position
Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Nursing Assistant in our Med/Surg Unit at Baptist Clay. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity working 36 hours per week with shifts of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The Nursing Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse (RN) with the care of patients who have healthcare needs.
Requirements
- HSD/GED required
- Current enrollment in Nursing School
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a safe environment for patients
- Collecting lab specimens
- Intake and output monitoring
- Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
