The OnTrack Nursing Assistant Training Program is an interactive and person-centered online training. OnTrack will introduce concepts of person-centered care, healthcare, ethics, nutrition, and more, beginning with a series of courses to be completed online. The program is established as a 75-hour curriculum and includes a combination of curriculum instruction and supervised practical training. Curriculum Instruction includes: 45 hours of online training with applied learning activities, quizzes, and proctored exams. Must pass proctored exams by 76%. 10 to 12-hours of Skills Instruction which may include: A skills lab where the RN Trainer demonstrates each skill "live" and students are given the opportunity to practice skills on each other and mannequins. Supervised Practical Training includes a minimum of 24 hours as follows: Clinical Rotation on desired department of hire with trained NA preceptor.
