Nursing Assistant Medical Inpatient FT Days
About The Position
Seeking a Nursing Assistant for the 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit at Baptist Health Floyd. This is a full-time position (36 hours weekly) with day shifts (7 am-7 pm) and is benefit eligible. The Nursing Assistant will function as an on-shift team member, providing delegated aspects of patient care and routine non-patient care unit maintenance tasks under the direction of the nurse and according to established procedures. The Innovation Unit (3AC) is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new ideas for the hospital and cares for a wide range of medical diagnoses and conditions.
Requirements
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required
- High school diploma/equivalent or CNA preferred, not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide delegated aspects of patient care.
- Perform routine non-patient care unit maintenance tasks.
