Requirements

Full Time Schedule: 7a-3p/3p-11p
Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
Must have a valid CNAII license on the Maryland Board of Nursing

Nice To Haves

CNA II willing to obtain your CNA I (formally known as a MD GNA) certification
CNA I looking for a company to call home

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care to residents in an assisted living setting
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and light assistance with meals
Observe residents for changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition and report concerns promptly to nursing staff
Support residents in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life
Accurately document care provided in accordance with established policies and procedures
Deliver hands‑on support under the direction of the Director of Nursing and licensed nursing staff
Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents
Provide reassurance, companionship, and emotional support to residents and families
