Requirements
- Graduated from a state-approved nursing program.
- Currently awaiting certification or in the process of certification.
- Ability to lift and move residents, assist with personal hygiene, and provide emotional support.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures in a healthcare setting.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in long-term care or assisted living.
- Knowledge of infection control procedures and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist the nursing team to provide care to residents.
- Work closely with the nursing team to ensure the residents’ physical and emotional needs are met, providing comfort, safety, and dignity.
- Observe and report any changes in the residents' health or condition to the supervising nurse.
