Lorien Encore is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs) to join their award-winning healthcare team. Requirements

• Maryland CNA/GNA license or active CNA required, willing to get GNA license
• BLS certification required
• Compassionate, patient-focused personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in long-term care or rehab preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and support to residents
• Assist with hygiene, mobility, and meals
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff
