About The Position
Caremed Inc. is seeking reliable, compassionate Nursing Assistants (NAs) to provide high-quality in-home support to seniors and individuals requiring assistance with daily activities. Our Nursing Assistants play an important role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. You will provide hands-on assistance with ADLs, personal care, mobility, client transfers, meal assistance, medication reminders, companionship, and care-plan tasks within your training and scope of practice.
Requirements
- Current Nursing Assistant (NA) certification/credential required
- Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, professional, and client-focused approach
- Ability to follow individualized care plans and established safety procedures
- Ability to pass required employment background screening
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Provide safe mobility assistance, positioning, ambulation, and client transfers
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, hydration, and other daily nutritional needs
- Obtain or report vital signs when authorized, trained, and required by the client's care plan
- Provide medication reminders according to the individualized care plan and applicable policies
- Follow individualized care plans and client-specific instructions
- Provide companionship, socialization, and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry associated with client care
- Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or needs
- Maintain accurate electronic logging, visit documentation, care notes, and required service records
- Maintain client dignity, privacy, confidentiality, and safety
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, nurses, caregivers, schedulers, and Caremed management
