Concordia of Monroeville is currently looking for experienced, passionate and dedicated Nursing Assistants (NA) to join our team! As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high quality care for the residents and facilitating clinical leadership and mentorship with the residents and staff. We are seeking a full-time Nursing Assistant (NA) Daylight 6am-2:30pm (Every Other Weekend). Competitive Nursing Assistant wages (we pay more for experience!) "Earn Up To $23/hr" Eligible employees can earn an additional $1.50/hour if waiving the insurance benefit! Responsibilities of a Non-certified Nursing Assistant include but are not limited to: Assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning Documenting the care that was provided Completing over the counter treatments as instructed Answering resident call bells in 4 minutes or less. Requirements

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Direct Care Certification

Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning
  • Documenting the care that was provided
  • Completing over the counter treatments as instructed
  • Answering resident call bells in 4 minutes or less.
