About The Position
Performs duties under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN)/Charge Nurse. Responsible for providing high quality individualized basic care activities within the Nursing Assistant scope of practice. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Provider issued by the American Heart Association
- Current CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training (or must obtain within 90 days of hire/transfer)
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year recent Acute Care experience preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant license preferred
