You’ll support residents’ physical and emotional well-being by assisting with activities of daily living while helping create a warm, respectful, and home-like environment. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Willingness to complete training and learn new skills

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in future certification or career growth in senior care is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, meals, and mobility
  • Support residents’ emotional well-being through compassionate interaction and companionship
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to care team members
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and home-like living environment
  • Provide courteous support to residents, families, and visitors
  • Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and community leadership
  • Maintain professional behavior and represent your community positively
  • Follow resident care plans and comply with state and federal guidelines
