It also includes assisting residents with safe movement, such as walking, transfers, or positioning, and fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere through interaction. The position supports the nursing team by taking vital signs, reporting changes in resident conditions, and maintaining records. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment, assisting with meal service, laundry, and responding promptly to resident requests and call lights, while always respecting resident privacy and dignity.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Completion of our free Certified Nurse Aide course required within 4 months of hire date
  • Ability to become certified and be paid while you train!
  • Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
  • MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.

Responsibilities
