About The Position

Carlyle Place is an Assisted Living Community in Bedford, NH, recognized as a Union Leader Reader's Choice 2026 Silver Award winner for Best Assisted Living Facility. We are locally owned and operated, committed to providing personalized service and care. We are seeking an LNA or experienced PCA (no license required) to join our award-winning staff for a part-time position. This role involves working 11p-7a shifts, 2 shifts per week, with a shift differential of +$3/hr. A per diem option is also available. Experience is required for this position within our small, personal ALF in Bedford, known for its amazing residents and teamwork environment.

Requirements

Ability to build rapport with residents.
Punctual, dependable work ethic.
Ability to work well in teams to provide a positive care environment.
Active LNA license or experienced PCA.
Recent clinical experience, long-term care experience.
Compassionate and caring demeanor.
Excellent communication skills and command of the English language.
Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions with or without reasonable accommodations required by Federal, State or Local law.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship, personal care, and assistance with ADLs.
Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff; including bathing (including use of whirlpool tub), dressing, assisting with dining and ambulation program.
Assist with transporting residents to and from meals, activities, and appointments.
Answer call lights and make rounds regularly to ensure residents’ safety and comfort.
Observe residents and report any abnormalities or changes in condition to supervisor.
Maintain a clean and healthy environment and follow Infection Control Policies.
