About The Position

The Nursing Assistant role supports nursing personnel in providing direct patient care, assisting patients with daily activities, measuring and recording vital signs, administering basic treatments, and helping to ensure a safe care environment. This position involves continuous rounding throughout the shift to ensure patient and family needs are met and to ensure patients and families have a positive patient experience by exhibiting PRIDE behaviors, rounding, collaboration, teamwork, and a positive attitude. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with positive customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Supporting nursing personnel in providing direct patient care
