Nursing Assistant Surgical Inpatient FT Nights
About The Position
Baptist Health Floyd is seeking a full-time Nursing Assistant for the Surgical Inpatient Unit (SIPS). This role involves functioning as an on-shift team member under the direction of a nurse, providing delegated aspects of patient care and routine non-patient care unit maintenance tasks. The SIPS unit is a 32-bed unit specializing in inpatient care for post-surgical patients, including those undergoing total joint replacements, bariatric surgeries, and higher acuity cases such as post-surgical vascular and thoracic patients. The unit also accepts post-operative admissions originating from areas such as the emergency room or a physician’s office. Requirements
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required
