About The Position
Seeking a Nursing Assistant for the 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit at Baptist Health Floyd. This is a full-time position (36 hours weekly) with night shifts (7p-7a). The Nursing Assistant will function as an on-shift team member under the direction of the nurse, providing delegated aspects of patient care and performing routine non-patient care unit maintenance tasks. The Innovation Unit is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new ideas for the hospital and cares for a wide range of medical diagnoses and conditions.
Requirements
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required
- High school diploma/equivalent or CNA preferred, not required.
Responsibilities
- Functions as an on-shift team member under the direction of the nurse.
- Provides delegated aspects of patient care.
- Performs routine non-patient care unit maintenance tasks.
