Dependability is essential in a nursing career, which is why perfect attendance is required for this course. Upon successful completion of the program, you will officially join the Willow Valley Communities Team and begin training on the nursing unit for which you were hired. You will continue working in this role until you sit for your State Certification Exam. Once you pass, you will become a Certified Nursing Assistant on staff at Willow Valley Communities.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Genuine desire to serve others.
• Willingness to work Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum of 24 hours per week).
• Perfect attendance is required for the CNA course.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete the CNA training program with perfect attendance.
• Work full-time or part-time (minimum of 24 hours per week) after successful completion of the program.
• Train on the nursing unit until passing the State Certification Exam.
• Serve alongside compassionate professionals in a Skilled Nursing environment.
• Deliver a high standard of care to residents.
