About The Position
Three Links Health Services is hiring Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR/CNA) team members to join our Skilled Nursing team. We have full-time and part-time evening opportunities available. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents, promote independence, and provide compassionate care as part of a supportive nursing team.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be certified by the State of Minnesota or enrolled in an approved Nursing Assistant course
- Must be listed on, or eligible for, the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Dependable and responsible
- Strong commitment to quality resident care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate attitude and respect for older adults.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, transfers, feeding, and toileting
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Encourage resident independence and self-help skills
- Maintain clean, safe, and orderly resident areas
- Treat every resident with dignity, courtesy, and respect
- Follow oral and written directions
- Work collaboratively with residents, families, and team members
- Follow the direction of nursing and staffing leaders
- Provide care according to each resident’s established plan of care
- Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned
