About The Position
Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Full Time Nursing Assistant/PCT for the night shift (7p-7a) at our Rehabilitation Hospital in Lakeway. This role involves collaborating with nursing and therapy teams to assist patients in their rehabilitation process. Responsibilities include obtaining vital signs, assisting patients with daily activities, promptly answering call lights, reporting observations, and reinforcing therapy techniques. Nursing Assistants play a crucial role in encouraging and supporting patients throughout their recovery.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required
Nice To Haves
- Hospital experience preferred
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) preferred
Responsibilities
- Obtaining vital signs
