Requirements
- High School graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
- Completion of CNA Program, Medical Assistant Program, PCA or similar program preferred.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Basic EKG skills required within six months of employment.
- Six (6) months to one (1) year of continuous experience in an acute healthcare setting preferred.
- Completion of AUA Program.
- Completion of AUA Certification Program with successful completion of test and licensed with the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of patient care duties under the direct supervision of an Registered Nurse.
- Actively participates in administering patient care and ensures a safe and comforting environment.
- Must be able to interact with patients, families, physicians and all levels of staffing an effective manner.
- Assist clinical team members by performing a variety of patient care tasks and comfort measures under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Responds to patients’ needs in a timely manner.
- Assists patients with ADL’s, including meals, bathing, and hygiene needs.
- Demonstrates ability to perform 12 lead EKG.
