About The Position
Concordia at SpiriTrust Kelly Drive is seeking compassionate and dependable Nursing Assistants to provide quality care and support to residents in a caring, team-oriented environment. This role assists residents with daily living activities, promotes resident safety and dignity, and helps create a positive living experience. We are currently hiring part time positions for 3rd shift. 3rd Shift: Part Time; 10:30pm-6:30am. Requirements
- Caring, compassionate, and resident-focused attitude
- High school diploma, GED, or active status on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry
- Must be at least 18 years old
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, transferring, and personal hygiene
- Support residents with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), including laundry, room organization, transportation, and personal belongings
- Respond promptly to resident call bells and communicate resident needs or concerns to nursing staff
- Complete documentation accurately and timely
- Follow infection control, safety, HIPAA, and resident rights policies
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
