About The Position

This position is for a Nursing Assistant in Training who enjoys caring for others and wants a job with meaning and purpose. The organization will pay for tuition, books, and tests to help the trainee obtain their Nursing Assistant certification. The role is full-time, 12-hour night shifts, working 60 hours per pay period, and includes generous personal leave time and free training.

Requirements

• Willing to get NAR certification in Minnesota
• Strong communication skills
• Compassion and respect for the elderly and individuals in need of care
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families
