About The Position

We will pay for tuition, books, and tests to help you get your Nursing Assistant certification!! FT Evenings, 64 hours per pay period - Generous Personal Leave Time - Free training! NAR in training wage ranges from $21-$23 per hour depending on relevant experience. 10 years experience credit given with relevant experience. Additional 75 cents per hour for evening and night shifts. $2000 Sign on bonus for new hires! Requirements

Willing to get NAR certification in Minnesota.
Strong communication skills.
Compassion and respect for the elderly and individuals in need of care.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families.
