About The Position
Shorewood Landing is seeking a NOC Full Time - Nursing Assistant (Caregiver / CNA / HHA / Resident Assistant / NAR / Home Health Aide) to join their team. Shorewood Landing is a senior living community offering Assisted Living and Assisted Living with Memory Care. The community is located in Shorewood, Minnesota, near Minnetonka and Excelsior. Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) is a faith-based nonprofit organization focused on enriching the lives of older adults. They emphasize a supportive, community-based team environment with opportunities for growth. PHS values Christian Ministry values and aims to reflect the love of God in their service.
Requirements
- Caregiving experience helpful but not required for Assisted Living.
- Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
Responsibilities
- Provision of high quality personal care and services to residents to support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
