About The Position
Shorewood Landing is seeking Full Time and Part Time Nursing Assistants (Caregiver / CNA / HHA / Resident Assistant / NAR / Home Health Aide) to join our team. Shorewood Landing is a senior living community located in Shorewood, Minnesota, offering Assisted Living and Assisted Living with Memory Care. The community is described as an active place with various events, activities, and outings. The role involves finding purpose and passion in work with a team focused on enriching the lives of older adults. Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) emphasizes a supportive, empowering, and community-based team environment with opportunities for growth. Requirements
- Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience helpful but not required for Assisted Living.
Responsibilities
- Provision of high quality personal care and services to residents to support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
