About The Position
PACE Lafayette Rouge invites CNAs with a valid Louisiana driver’s license and transportation to join their compassionate and dedicated team as an Adult Care Assistant. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified candidates. This role is responsible for assisting the Home Care Coordinator with communication with Personal Care Contracted Companies and DME Contracted Companies. The Adult Care Assistant will help set up Personal Care Services in the home, order and track DME and supplies, and coordinate care between families, personal care companies, and transportation. Additionally, the role involves performing telephone audits with participants receiving personal care in their homes.
Requirements
