Nursing Assistant - Float Pool
About The Position
Methodist Hospital is looking to hire a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Float Pool team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. The Nursing Assistant provides direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, utilizing their skill and expertise to complement other health care providers. No prior experience needed. Candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment that has a lot of variety. Units that candidate will float to include: neurology, ortho, oncology, med-surg/ surgical, ICU/critical care, cardiac telemetry, and observation.
Requirements
- All candidates must be current on the State of Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry OR be an LPN student or a Jr. level nursing student, which means completion of first quarter clinicals with an accredited RN or LPN program.
Nice To Haves
- Currently validated CPR skills preferred
