This is a part-time, 3rd shift (NOC shift) position requiring 2 shifts per week, with varying days and start times between 7pm or 11pm. Shifts can be 8 or 12 hours, and weekend and holiday rotation is required. A minimum of 20 hours per week (.5 FTE) is necessary. The role involves assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, supporting nurses and doctors, observing patients for distress, and providing emotional support. The position is located within various inpatient units at St. Luke’s Medical Center, including Medical/Telemetry, Oncology, Surgical, Cardiac, Ortho/Spine, Cardiac Surgical, Respiratory, Neuro/Surgical, Medical/Surgical, Abdominal Transplant, and the Emergency Department (ED) where CNAs or EMTs work in the ED Tech role.
