About The Position
Our Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care. This position is based on site at our community in Yakima, Washington.
Requirements
- Certified Washington State NAC/CNA.
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate.
- New grads are welcome!
Nice To Haves
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs.
