Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience in nursing, senior living, home health or a similar setting preferred

Responsibilities

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, medications, treatments and other care as directed
Encouraging residents to do as much for themselves as possible while providing support when needed
Escorting residents throughout the community and outside as needed
Assisting with meal setup, service and cleanup
Supporting resident activities and programs
Responding to resident needs with compassion and professionalism
Treating every resident with dignity, respect and kindness
