Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily activities and personal care needs
• Supporting medication reminders and other resident services
• Encouraging independence and promoting dignity
• Escorting residents throughout the community and to activities
• Assisting with meal service and dining support
• Helping create meaningful moments and engaging experiences
• Building relationships with residents and their families
• Treating every resident with kindness, compassion, and respect
