About The Position

The Nursing Department at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) seeks adjunct instructors for the Spring 2027 semester. Requirements

• MSN in nursing
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate lab instruction upon direction of the course leader
• Must have medical-surgical and nursing fundamentals skills experience
• Previous experience as a clinical instructor

Responsibilities

• Actively communicates the department's mission, goals, and values to the community of interest.
• Participates in orientation and ongoing communication with the program coordinator and chair.
• Complies with all agency requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Participates in delivering didactic information or clinical instruction/oversight of undergraduate students in light of course and clinical objectives and learning goals.
• Ensures student completion evaluations.
